You finally got the chance to eat at Hong Kong’s hottest new restaurant, Dim Sum One. Write a review for Eat & Drink, an online food guide that allows users to write their own reviews.

Last Easter vacation I finally got the chance to eat at one of the most popular restaurants in this coastal city. It is not uncommon to see the place be filled with eaters no matter on week days or in peak hours. Therefore I am really elated to have a taste of their food. What makes me so enjoyable is that, they do not just provide good customer service, but also good quality of food and a spectacular view of Hong Kong.
First off all workers have good courtesy and it makes me feel like I am at home. When we arrive at the entry of the shop, we can already see workers carrying smiles on their faces. They then lead us inside to let us get seated. When we have decided what to order for our lunch, we raised our hands and they came at once unlike the other restaurants, what’s more, they came to serve us at regular intervals to see if we need help or have anything to add. This act is so different from the ordinary restaurants and makes me impressed.
Furthermore, they provide food with good quality. When the food came, you can tell that it was freshly made as there was some intense smoke coming out of the top. When I put my first piece into my mouth, it was just so perfect—neither too cold nor too hot. What’s more, ‘the food is so fresh that you can even smell the scent of it floating in the air!’ All the food we ordered, including fried rice, siu mai, and congee, are so scrumptious that we couldn’t stop gobbling up!
Apart from the food and service, the place also provides a comfortable environment. It is situated next to the sea, and when you are eating, you can always take a peek at the spectacular view of Hong Kong, as the restaurant is located on the 60th floor of a shopping mall. But don’t worry if you are afraid of heights; there are rooms especially reserved for customers who are in need.
Most importantly, the restaurant doesn’t charge exorbitant prices. The founder, once an orphan, wants to help people have a happy dining experience where they feel full at the same time. Therefore, it doesn’t matter whether you’re rich or poor—everyone is welcome to try.
After seeing my review on the famous restaurant, do not hesitate to come and have a try as it offers you a new and exciting experience. I highly recommend you to come with your families as you will not be asked to leave even if you sit for two hours long. Also, the food it provides is suitable for people of all ages and I am sure you will be having a great time there! So wait no more!
